Sandy Grey’s liable case – the facts
First of all Sandy Grey did not make libellous remarks about Bob Trotta.
What is true is that Sandy Grey exposed what he believed was true in that “Bob Trotta was a fraudster”.
Sandy openly voiced that opinion and in truth that opinion was justified as Trotta was branded a fraudster in a Spanish court on the 11th of November 2008, lawfully.

This is despite the ‘Army of Trotta’ trying to hide the frauds in the smearing of Sandy Grey. What did happen was that Trotta commenced an action and during that action Trotta did win an application exposing Sandy as the author of the web site named Crimeshare (which in short, not rocket science).
As soon as this has happened Trotta realised that he did not want to be exposed and as such dropped his allegation in full against Sandy Grey.
What a shame that he did this, as Sandy would have proven his labelling of Trotta was every bit correct in that “Trotta was a fraudster” however no defendant can make a claimant continue with his action despite the relevance and neediness of it.
Trotta was a fraud – upset, distressed and swindled many out of a substantial amount of money and eventually ‘the apostle of timeshare consumers’ was proven right all along.
The next issue and facts which were perpetrated against Sandy is that he was making a lot of money from championing the Timeshare Consumer website.
Well he was not and he has been the only person to have steadfastly stuck to his epithetical principles and gained nothing for hard and courageous work he pioneered on behalf of thousands and thousands of people.
All a person has to do is look at his financial records and the truth stares you in the face, the entire profit Sandy Grey made out of the help and assistance he gave many was the grand total of £13.00. That was it £13.00 in over 10 years.
In conclusion, Sandy Grey was an altruist for our cause and helped many, many people over the years. His sudden death was a great loss to the industry and we can only hope to fill a tiny part of the big shoes he left in his stead.
