The Sham

This article might raise some eye brows in the timeshare world, however we are not here and do not exist to conform to the ways of some cartels; we exist to challenge the existing ether.

My 4 questions are simple

Why does the entire industry have a God given mission to hail “Cold Calling” as the holy grail of discoveries?

Why do we have a need and a requirement to publish (on our retrospective websites) a list of “Cold Callers” who might be very genuine businesses who are earning an honest living.

Is cold calling” illegal, banned, or criminal and performed by scam artists, filches, pilfers and thieves?

If that is the case, why is nearly every large PLC cold calling?

I get calls at my home (in person and by telephone) from BT, SKY, PPI Stammer Stairs (didn’t want to admit that) accident firms, Investment Houses, Banks, Mobile Phone Companies, Electable Councillors and Canvassing MP’s not to mention Reformed Criminals (who carry cards saying they are reformed) , Jehovah’s witnesses and Save the Children. The above are all “cold callers” and operate “cold calling” marketing. I don’t see their industry association publishing these lists and orchestrating blind SLUR campaigns do you?

This being just so, it is legal, legitimate and an acceptable practice as determined by our countries laws and statutes and that’s the fact

Is “cold calling” an irritant? Are we sick of it? Do we wish they would ban it? I am positive the majority would say “yes” we want to ban it. If I had my choice…..: (I am not allowed to say).

That being the case it is not a great discovery or a great good by someone. The publisher by his own rod of goodness and kindness spanks some fledging company with a perception that it is bad, evil, wicked, heartless, and nasty. That is so wrong so evil.

In saying that to publish such a list whereby the only allegation is that a company “cold calls” tends to apply an inference and in some cases those lists carry statements openly broadcasting slurs, innuendos and heighten awareness.

With regards to that practise I would challenge the “cold calling” companies and suggest they rise up and be counted and ask to have their names removed saying:- “it is designed to infer or imply my company is involved is doing a wrong when we are not and a continuance of this intended slur will cause me and my company harm”. If they don’t remover it you can either act or not.

“I have seen warning say “we have identified the list of cold caller and as there is a significant number of cold callers scamming and stealing we think it wise to inform the public and safe guard their interests.” Others say different things and some just publish a list as they are to bone idle to do any work.

Well it’s wrong, it’s not helpful, it hurts the innocent and it stifles the industry by stopping the progress of new competitive companies coming through the ranks. This is a scam in its self. I intend to request for my guardians permission to publish a list of these associations, unhelpful enterprises stagnating swamps and jobs for the boys outfits. In saying this if you cold calling fir

To put such a stigma on these innocent entrepreneurs is sick and it’s perpetrated by sick and very disturbed people. It is done for a gain an applause which does not belong to them and which they don’t deserve.

If they investigate the company and use “cold calling” as an “alarm bell” that is entirely a different matter. Mindtimeshare publish a list and that list is backed up by research had work and dedication and for a purpose and that is to protect people. If they do, a good them, it is they who deserve it and not the ones who sponge of “mindtimeshare” labours and morals.

The biggest question never addressed when looking into the mind of self anointed gospel gods is bias and those bone idle list generators.

The bias.

My question is why is there no resorts, developers, marketing companies

No beach combers, tick louts, inducers, introducers, inducement profiteers or advertisers firms. Where are they? Where are all the naming and shaming lists of those resort’s? The tribes of tricksters employed by some resorts who have been taken to court time and time again. The admonished and defeated.

Why are the authorities published to warn.

Where are the exposed lies and swindles that have been reported to the courts? The judgement, the fines handed out, the damages slapped on the resorts. Where are all these? Some lists just contain the microbes in the ponds, where are the big fat cats? Why are they not exposed time and time again.

They are in “the press” they are in the bowels of the governments, they are not (in mass) on the association web sites so as to defend and protect the consumers.

Is it because the industry is a closed shop a cartel? Is it controlled to breed an environment where good honest people can’t they get a foot hold? Where are the changers, adventurers the entrepreneurial mindset and the can doers. They are spanked with the timeshare bat, slapped labelled and moved on. It that why timeshare has stalled?

The industry is known to be in trouble, the reputation is very poor the trust levels are rated below even bad MP’s. As for change in the industry, well that like swimming in a concrete pond.

The environment

Who’s to blame for this environment? I can only deduce it’s the industry and cartels use the “cold callers” as a smoke screen for a distraction from reality.

Those legal “cold callers” did not drag people off beaches, cold call holiday makers whilst relaxing, they did not hand out prizes which did not exist, developed fixed scratch cards, developed selling pressure kettle, generate falsehoods and sales pitches (which are designed to snare and trap), they have not locked and imprisoned people in rooms and ruffed them up.

They have not sold holidays:-

in boats that don’t exist (on sea which exist on mars)

resorts not finished

or

designed contract, clubs and constitutions which lock in, manipulate and warp perceptions.

They have not done this. Thieves have! Are we so stupid that we in the industry can’t see that?

Those thieve have arrive breed and stayed for one reason. “the environment” so that has to change and change fast.

The lame associations and idle consumers have to wake up to this and act, if they do they will win and the barons of doom will scatter.

The legal profession sharks are hiring they are feeding now! and the frenzy is just around the corner:- When consumers act with passion are organised and armed they cannot lose and with the weapons that are being amassing in the form of legal precedents, authorities and regulations the industry could crash and from that crash could be needy change.

Why not change now?

The idle consumers and associations which purport to represent them excuse the piffle by complaining the sharks are eating the bate, when it’s probably them who are complicit in throwing the bate in the sea in the first place.
