The Timeshare “whale” Harry Taylor is being harpooned by the very industry he’s financed by. The TCA have reported in the past the antics of this resort and committee in that they have started to charge £5,000 for an exit which in short is ridicules and spectacularly upstages the costs leaved by MRL and indeed puts the dubious Silverpoint onto a pedestal of reasonableness which in reality is never the case.
This empathically man (Harry Taylor) comes to the fore of many criticisms, on many forums, blog site and articles and is infamous for his support for the industry.
As claimed, he purports to represent 350,000 consumers which is a tall tale in its self, but in reality he is the incumbent chairmen of Lakeview timeshare resort.
As reported in 2014, many in the resort oppose him and believe that he is (to coin a phrase) “at it” or doing something which cannot be fully proved without a full cross examination battering in court.
The Lakeview day will arrive (at long last) as the consumers flood into the mighty solicitor’s firm SGH Martineau.
The action is being investigated by a young and deliberate “go getter” in the name of Gavin McNaughton who is an Associate in their corporate division. At present he is communicating with to over 100 people and has engaged with Harry Taylor in pre action protocol enquiries. The action is being funded by a single and anonymous client (at present) and will grow in time. The tenacity of this “young buck” is overwhelming and his high flying approach to the David and Goliath battle might scare some off, but not McNaughton as he attempts to rip apart the purported Lakeview committee. And they say “the kids of today will not amount to anything”.
Many will think that this description might be farfetched, but when you consider that he has been working in the background and courted the very resort who owns the site and cajoled them into supporting the timeshare consumers you can appreciate that no matter what the TCA can say the tat-tic’s employed by him surpasses any bolstering the TCA can afford him as all would be is insignificant to his achievements so far.
