A very quick bit of research reveals that Geoffrey Chapman of TATOC infamy was for 14 years (between 1998 and 2012) a director, along with Stuart Lamont of Flexi Holiday Club Ltd.
I wonder if Mr Chapman ever declared or declares an interest when the Lamont companies are or have been discussed at TATOC meetings.
So let’s recap:-
TATOC is in a strategic partnership with Aroma
Harry Taylor is in an actual partnership with Aroma
Aroma is connected to Flexi Holidays
And the other TATOC director Mr Geoff Chapman is a director of Flexi Holiday Club.
The Aroma contract is a voidable contract is it is entirely unfair and fit for purpose.
To cap it all the Citizens Advice send anyone with a timeshare complaint to TATOC.
Action Fraud (if they receive a complaint) consults with KwikChex who is sponsored by TATOC. And of course this Company headed by a habitual Director of liquidated and insolvent companies and supports TATOC.
