Whilst our legislators sit and squabble over policies in the forth coming general elections and position themselves for another 5 years of lucrative employment with the added directorships and copious amounts of freebees, the electorate is being blindsided by some timeshare resorts and robbing salesman milking the proverbial cash cows until they collapse.
Consumer have a need to put this rouse and ruddy behaviours to bed, once and for all and before the pillars of dribble resign and claim “weren’t me mate”.
The “flitting” has begun with some resorts scratching their befuddled brain cells saying “oh dear me”. They are upping the stumps and taking the swag with them. So Consumers must act and complain now.
Whether you own now, in the past or have a relative who is hurting call the Citizens Advice, your MP, your Councillor and Action Fraud and broadcasters “some in the timeshare industry have been at it” and “at it” big style for years”. Now it is exposed that they have been issuing hundreds of illegal contracts. And all under the monitored ethical policy of the RDO and TATOC- what utter dribble!!!!!
In the first part of this year we the consumers have seen that TATOC is in strategic Partnership with Aroma.
We have discovered that Aroma is the enterprise with the wonky and unenforceable contract.
MRL are refusing to insure its committee in case the very proposal they want those committee members to pass is the subject to legal proceeding.
Harry Taylor Lakeview is in actual partnership with Aroma and they are banking the swag in the Isle of Man.

Dyserth falls was solvent, then insolvent then solvent whilst the Timeshare sellers vanished with their stash.
We have 400,000 timeshare contracts confirmed invalid and the biggest timeshare case in history (RCI) is battering an exchange company with allegations of skimming.
What do we hear from the self proclaimed legitimate timeshare industry? “nowt”-“not a peep” only idle words saying “a time for change”.
In this back drop we have the Citizens Advice referring timeshare consumers right back to the very people who are bouncing the living daylights out of consumers. Ranting pay me, pay me and pay me now!!
It’s unbelievable
Where is the reputational manager KwikChex? Probably trying to sell his non-posh pixel stickers to the Ministry of Justice demanding that they subject themselves to his unqualified verification process some might say. Their verification, on line reputational management and business acumen is akin to a plonker on a Po-Go stick, as it bounces from one mucky puddle to another.
The imaginary 350,000 TATOC represented timeshare consumers are being told nothing as in reality they don’t exist, as they are about as real a the pixy call Paul who lives at the bottom of my garden.
The RDO still has its blistered fingers in a crumberling dyke, whilst the dam has been breached and it is still “chunnering” like King Canute “I do control the timeshare seas” when in stark reality they really don’t-the consumers do! You can’t beat truth and you can’t stop the rout.
Whilst the news broke the burger popping generals were legging it like 3 legged turtles looking for a evaporated sea which in reality is not there, and whilst wondering what new Wiz-Kid idea can they come up with next, as its time for change (don’t ya know) the TATOC mission statement.
“I know What about a fractional ownership of a fractional points club which has a fractional underling fractional asset valued at a fraction of £2 ….. No they had that one!!! How about jail term? How about a good lashing?
Whatever comes, whatever the consumer’s do, it’s a shame, and it’s a dam shame, that a great ideal called time sharing has been exploited in this manner. It’s repugnant and wicked and should never have got this far.
Remember “the good ship timeshare” Which was invented by the suited and booted and broached in the TATOC -slap each other’s back-conference and “we all sail on her”, well that vessel is more like a pickled banana boat stuck together with multi layered static dandruff.
I have 2 young girls working at the TCA Leah and Simona. Each and every day they turn up with the joys of spring and dreams of making a happy life for themselves, further living a life encountering all the wonders which have been created, which have been discovered and which they are entitled to. I myself have 4 daughters who are moving on in life and grasping the dreams which each individual should dream. On the other hand I see habitual roguish behaviour which cripplers those precious dreams, those wonderful desire and for what. Is there a pickled pride in what is happening, is there a goodness or a drenching of a human ache. No!!! some are chasing an ill kempt dream and dragon which will turn around and scorch. That busted knuckle daysmust have seemed a long way off. But its real, is happening and many should bow their heads in bitter shame and in utter disgust at their actions.
