Mr Alberto Garcia, has asked to step down from his position within Mindtimeshare.

After a number of years operating as both Director of Mindtimeshare and Head of RDO Enforcement, Alberto Garcia has asked to stand down from his current responsibilities.

With immediate effect he will cease to run Mindtimeshare, which has now been converted into a limited company, Mindtimeshare SLU. The new Director of Mindtimeshare will be Pedro Picazo Senti, of the Valencia law firm, Picazo Associados. Pedro has worked with Alberto for a number of years as his legal adviser, so comes to the position with a good knowledge of the problems thrown up by fraudulent operators. The Mindtimeshare SLU team will remain in place.

He has also been a director of Mindtimeshare for a number of years, so is it just his time to be the Poster guy?

The question now arises as to why did Mr Garcia stepped down?

  • Was there just too much negativity surrounding him and the web site?
  • Had he lost all credibility with the RDO and their associates/paymasters?
  • With more and more companies pursuing legal actions through the courts, did the pressure get to him?
  • Was he pushed by the RDO due to his bad image and dubious past?
  • Will the RDO continue to back Mindtimeshare SLU and its new team and use Garcia as a scapegoat for any past actions?
  • Would it even be that he has other interests to pursue?

Well only time will reveal the facts, but for now all we know is his time is over.
