There is much reported share movement within Diamond Resorts International, DRI, within recent disclosed trading’s regarding quarter four movements.  Some major stakeholders have recently pulled out alongside some lower level companies trading in and out of the company.

American Assets Capital Advisers purchased 8,037 additional shares in Diamond Resorts International Inc.  The investment management firm now holds a total of 252,468 shares, valued at $6.5 Million.

Highbridge Capital Management sold out all of its stake in DRI. The investment firm sold 24,098 shares, valued at $618,837.

Kennedy Capital Management added DRI to its portfolio by purchasing 124,628 shares, valued at $3.2 Million.

Axiom International Investors De increased its stake in DRI, adding 27,245 additional shares and now holds a total of 69,294 shares, valued at $1.8 Million.

Lorber David A reduced its stake in by 11.29%. The investment management company now holds a total of 47,392 shares of Diamond Resorts International, which is valued at $1.2 Million after selling 6,032 shares.  DRI makes up roughly 10.46% of Lorber David A’s portfolio.

Other Hedge Fund companies including Pacad Investment Ltd reduced its stake in DRI by selling 35.38% of its shares.  They now hold 8,200 shares which is valued at $210,576.

Schwab Charles Investment Management Inc increased its share in DRI adding 7,145 additional shares to its total 290,120, valued at $7.5 Million. This $7.5 million still only accounts for 0.01% of Schwab Charles Investment Management Inc’s portfolio.

Baird Financial Group reduced its share by 5.53%. The Hedge Fund company now holds 74,479 shares of DRI, valued at $1.9 Million.

Guggenheim Capital purchased 2,171 additional shares during the Q4 period, according to a recent disclosure. Guggenheim Capital, the investment management company now holds a total of 9,450,868 shares, valued at $242.7 Million. DRI is roughly 0.71% of Guggenheim Capital’s portfolio.

D. E. Shaw also increased their share in DRI adding another 16,890 to its 111,026 shares which is valued at $2.9 Million, making up roughly 0.01% of D. E. Shaw’s portfolio.

Convergence Investment Partners added DRI to its portfolio by purchasing 48,398 shares valued at $1.2 Million.

Raiff Partners Inc sold out all of its investment stake in DRI, valued at $77,040. Piermont Capital Management reduced its share by selling 1,030 shares or 6.43%. The Hedge Fund Company now holds 14,990 shares of DRI which is valued at $384,943.
