Just over 2 weeks ago we reported on fraudster Eugene, 34, from Florida being locked up for his part in the fraudulent transactions in Timeshare Title Services and United Clearing Solutions. At that point it was left in limbo what was to happen to his colleague Chima Edozle Allgweke, 34, also from Florida. He was not to escape the judicial punishment and in the sentencing in Florida courts has been sentenced to 9 years in federal prison for his part in the scam.

Allgweke, whom was a manager for the two above named ‘resale’ companies, made over $120 thousand in the three months that the companies were under investigation, and open. He has however received a money order of $704,326, which has been confirmed by the US Attorney. Allgweke has been waiting since June to receive his sentencing, but he has not escaped the backlash from his fraudulent play in the scam

The resale scam consisted of 2 companies, named above, whom acted as a team to dupe poor timeshare owners into believing that they had buyers for their timeshare units. Most of these owners are willing to do almost anything to rid themselves of their timeshare, so when they received a call from Allgweke and his team, saying that they already had a buyer in place for their particular timeshare unit, most jumped at the chance, and paid the administration fee that they were asked for to prepare the paperwork.

Once paid, the unsuspecting timeshare owner did not hear another word and were fobbed off with multiple excuses when they called in to complain. Justice, however, in this case, has been served. For 3 months of riches, Allgweke and Eugene get the privilege of spending a further 9 years together behind bars.

We at the TCA would like to know if any of you have been part of a similar scam, and again we would just like to make you aware that these fraudulent companies are everywhere, do not always trust what you hear first hand, always investigate before parting with your hard earned cash. If you are in doubt at all, why not call us on the below email, or drop us an email.
