Following on from Silverpoint changing their name to “Signallia Marketing Distribution SL” and all the speculations surrounding what they will do next, there have been new findings that shed some more light on what is going on and what they might be doing in the future.
Looking at the promotional video for Signallia, it certainly sells the dream. It displays their luxury resorts worldwide, however, whether or not these resorts will be available if you were to “invest” is yet to be determined. Firstly, it has been noticed that the address has been changed on the Club Paradiso website which is now the new address for Signallia Group DMCC, Dubai.
It has also been discovered that Signallia Group DMCC is linked to Silverpoint Travel Limited, Keys Concierge Limited, Lodgequest Holding Limited and Vacation Finance Limited. Directors of these companies include Mark Cushway

In 2005 Robert Trotta was connected to a Jamaican resort called Palmyra Resort & Spa which in 2011 launched their “fractional ownership” scheme however due to financial difficulties in 2012 the resort was never completed. Rumours stated that Mr Trotta had defaulted due to 100 million dollars’ worth of debts and the banks in Jamaica put the resort up for auction.
Another company which is frequently appearing is Lodgequest Holdings Limited which has a resort in the Lake District called Twin Lakes and a resort in Devon called Kentisbury Grange is yet again associates to the same names such as Franz Markus Deutsch, Robert Trotta and Mark Cushway.
From their website it appears that they are currently looking for “investors” stating that they focus on luxury and ensuring that the lodges will be rented out for a “highly attractive rate”…of course this is something that sounds all too familiar in this industry.
